Lauritz Knudsen MDX series 3 pole power contactors cover 9A to 115A AC-3 and conform to IS/IEC 60947-4-1. The range is built for DC and electronic coil control: frame 1 and frame 2 use a DC control coil (standard 24V, 48V, 115V and 220V DC) while frame 3 uses a universal AC/DC electronic coil. A surge suppressor is built in across MDX 9 to MDX 115, making the range suitable for direct switching from PLC and electronic control outputs. Contactors up to 25A carry a built-in 1 NO auxiliary contact; 32A and above need separately ordered add-on aux blocks. Side add-on and top add-on blocks cannot be mounted together on MDX.
