About this product
Multispan multifunction meters measure the full set of electrical parameters - L-L and L-N voltage, phase current, active, apparent and reactive power, energy, power factor and frequency - from one 96x96 mm panel instrument, with network selection between 3P4W, 3P3W and 1P2W. Higher models in the AVH and PQM families add voltage and current THD, import-export energy, neutral current, demand measurement, data logging with real time clock and, at the top of the range, TDD, CO2 accounting and alarms on a touch screen. CT primary is selectable to 9999 A with 5 A or 1 A secondary and PT primary to 520 kV.

The MULTISPAN PQM-14 is a three phase multifunction meter. It measures L-L voltage, L-N voltage, phase current, active power (kW), energy (kWh), power factor (PF), apparent power (kVA), reactive power (kVAr) and frequency. It has an LCD display. It is designed for panel mounting.
The MULTISPAN PQM-14 shows L-L voltage, L-N voltage, phase current, active power (kW), energy (kWh), power factor (PF), apparent power (kVA), reactive power (kVAr) and frequency in one instrument, which saves fitting a separate meter for each quantity. Models with a communication port can also send readings to a SCADA, BMS or energy management system.
Panel meters of this type are used on incoming and outgoing feeders of LT panels, APFC panels, DG set panels and solar AC distribution boards, and in energy audits.
The MULTISPAN PQM-14 is used with external CTs having a 5 A or 1 A secondary. Select the CT primary just above your maximum load current and use metering class CTs (Class 1.0 or better) for accurate energy readings.
